Chelsea’s incoming boss Jose Mourinho is to get rid of Fernando Torres and David Luiz, as they are seemingly not part of his plans.
It is widely expected that Mourinho will take charge of the blues once again in the coming weeks after reportedly agreeing a four-year contract.
And although he plans on keeping most of the squad together, there are reports that he plans of getting rid of Luiz, who earmarked as the new leader and symbol of the team.
Torres scored just eight Premier League goals last season, and a number of senior players feel he has never been the he was in his pomp at Liverpool, according to the Daily Mirror.
Although fans cannot wait to see the end of Torres, Luiz is a great player and should be part of the future at the club.
However, Mourinho knows what he likes and dis-likes and not many will question his judgement if he gets rid of the two players.
